In its role of President of POLIS, the City of Leuven hosted this year’s Annual POLIS Conference. With over 900 participants, the event was a great opportunity to spread the word about the work under development in GREEN-LOG.

The GREEN-LOG representative from the City of Leuven, Ms Marij Lambert,  presented the city’s activities within GREEN-LOG, in session “4D. When urban planning meets logistics: Pathways to SULPs”. The presentation focused on how the city  empowers local businesses while talking sustainable city logistics.

The Annual POLIS Conference is Europe’s leading sustainable urban mobility event, providing an opportunity for cities and regions to engage in unique plenaries, thought-provoking sessions and interesting site visits and showcase their transport achievements to a large audience of mobility experts, practitioners, and decision-makers from both the public and private sectors from the EU and beyond. The event took place place on 29-30 November in Leuven, Belgium.
